Local Buy And Sell
Buying from Amazon is easy, but if you need a large item that can't be easily shipped or have something to sell, there are better options available. Websites and apps like eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and VarageSale are great options for buying and selling locally.

If you're selling a large item that you don't want to ship, you need to set up a few options in your eBay listing. In the field for Additional checkout instructions, click the More link. You can now choose to accept PayPal and/or receive payment upon pickup. Under Shipping details, click the drop-down list for Shipping and select No shipping: Local pickup only.
To protect yourself against the bad guys, never accept payment by check, money order, or even PayPal. Always insist on cash only and local pickup only. Assuming you can transport the item in your car, you may want to meet the buyer in a public place rather than having them come to your home. For more tips, you can check out Craigslist's own advice on how to avoid scams(Opens in a new window).
Facebook users can buy or sell items on the social network through Marketplace(Opens in a new window), where you can shop by category, price, and location; or find items by name or keyword and opt to be notified if an item becomes available. If you find something that interests you, click it to see more information. You can message the seller directly through Facebook Messenger to if you have any questions. Items can also be saved or shared on Facebook.
If you have an item to sell, open Marketplace and click Create new listing (desktop) or Sell (mobile). Select the type of item you're selling. Fill out the item details, including category, name, price, location, description, and photos. Then post and wait for potential buyers to contact you.
To check out the items for sale, browse the listings in your community or type a specific item in the search field. If you find an item that interests you, contact the seller with any questions. From there, you can work out the details and agree on a place to meet to pick up the item.
To sell something on VarageSale, start by posting a photo of the item. Enter a title and description and then submit your listing. You can also buy and sell items using the VarageSale app for iOS/iPadOS(Opens in a new window) or Android(Opens in a new window).
I will start by saying that this awesome Crypto-Trading platform was an interesting find when I was looking to get my BTC transferred to my bank in my local currency. The support team is attentive and the website never fails, it's easy to use and highly recommendable. As a personal note, I have no words to thank the CEO of the platform for all the help he's given me everytime I am lost into crypto-translation on his website! He's my hero and LocalCryptos my favorite crypto e-wallet service ever! Kudos!! and many stars! :-)
I have been a member of localcryptos from that time it was called localethereum. I can say localcryptos is one of the most simple and easy sites to use. Their services are fast and efficient. I will recommend localcryptos to others.
I was afraid of these kind of deals at first, p2p seemed shady and a guaranteed lost money to me, but now that I tried.. wow, I was very wrong. This is how it works: You are given a private wallet to store your funds in, it makes everything smoother. When you find a deal, you transfer your funds to an intermediary wallet and send the dealer your payment method's account for him to send your money. After they send the money, you can release the funds from the intermediary wallet to seller's. Voilá, smooooth transaction, really satisfied.
Best P2P platform to buy cryptos. I've been using this platform for at least 1 year now and I have nothing negative to say. The few great sellers are constant, offer low fees and are reliable on this site. The platform itself is easy to use and you don't need to do a KYC verification before trading, which is a big plus.
Anyone calling localethereum.com a scam is a shill, a noob or just dumb. Like EBAY, you must look out for scammers who use the platform - but the LE platform is well built, easy to use and a great way to buy or sell Ethereum. Stick to trades with people with 40+ reviews and over 100 ETH in volume and you will not have any problems. The guys behind this are very active in the community and well respected. No ICO was done, and they focus on one simple task - facilitating trade of Ethereum.
Using an app to sell your unwanted items is an easy, inexpensive way to both declutter and make some extra cash. It's simple to take a picture, upload it, answer a few questions about the item, and prep it for sale.
